Driver: Driver are the last for gpu and bios

1)when i play destiny my gpu run at 99-100% and my cpu run at 36-50%

2)RAM usage in gaming 46% - RAM usage in idle 20%

3)CPU run at 65C in gaming - GPU run at 75C in gaming

CPU run at 50C in idle - GPU run at 40C in idle but if i open the fan software i can reach 30C on the GPU

4)Aplication 2 - Background Process 78

5)2 Fans - 1 pull cold air the other in the back push hot air

I wouldn't use Userbenchmark, run something like 3dmark and compare results there.
if scores are still way lower than other 2060s I would try DDUing drivers and re-installing.
If you're still having issues try a fresh windows 10 install, there was a recent update that apparently decreased gaming performance (though not by that much).

why no dark mode?

i've tried even other benchmarks showing exactly the same issue

i've uninstalled and re installed drivers but no improvements

The case isn't known for great ventilation, and gpu boost works partly off of temperature. See if performance improves with the side panel removed.

And of course every chunk of silicon has its individual characteristics where some are really good and some aren't so much.

he is the problem. Is normal taht if i remove the side panel temperature doesn't change?

Yeah it’s normal that temperature won’t change as the card is trying to run at its maximum potential while benchmarking. The question is did your performance increase?

Are we talking significantly far off or mildly off?  There will be minor differences based on the systems the tests were done on and different model 2060s.  Ie.  Stock vs. factory OC, VBIOS, Cooling solutions. I would also second the above recommendation of avoiding Userbenchmark.
