Looking for a well featured Note 9 upgrade

Jae Tee

So I'm looking for an upgrade for my Note 9, an obvious choice would be a newer Note but just like Linus himself I never considered them to be worthy upgrades. The hardware:

high resolution (around QHD) OLED display, more interested in quality then high refresh rate, though that would be an added bonus. Really good camera. Fiingerprint scanner ON THE REAR of the phone. Stylus. Modern processor and decent RAM 6-8 gb. Upgradeable storage, headphone jack, and a decent OS.

If I think of any other criteria I'll add it in.

At me or quote me, I want to hear your opinion.

Hopefully anything I say is factually correct. Sorry for any mistakes in advanced.

GENUINE Q.

Seems to have 90% of the top features people are craving, cept maybe a Camera upgrade..

What does the Note 9 NOT DO today?

IMO, Highrefresh is a gimmick unless Gaming where you can actually use it for a benefit..

Daily 120Hz smoothness on Mobile...meh.

Wondering why someone would switch if they had one apart from Battery or Camera concerns.

I know all needs vary, genuine curious what it falls short on.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Higher refresh rates actually do make a difference in daily use. My S21 Ultra is buttery smooth compared to any of my other phones, and it's just a nice experience overall.

It's just starting to show It's age, that and I bought it second hand. With work ramping back up I would like an upgrade.

Yeah I get that but it's kind of a low priority for me.
