I would start with something like this, see list below:

Comes to 1072 EUR without monitors.

Honestly I don't really know which exact monitor to reccomend, do some research. I hear LG makes really good ones nowadays. But at 30 inches, I would get 1440P monitors. I have 27 inch 1440P and the resolution is great. So at 30 inches, I definitely would not get 1080P, way too big for 1080p. Also 1440P gives you more workspace for video editing etc, which is nice.

Look for good color accuracy in your monitors if that is important to you for your image and video editing (IPS panels). Most entry level monitors with TN panels can have terrible color accuracy.

I would recommend against internal speakers, as they most likely will sound terrible. You can get some decent logitech speakers for like 50 EUR probably.

Some advice:

- This system has integrated graphics, which I would recommend for your light gaming. The Vega graphics in the 5700G should be enough for games like cities skylines. I would not venture into the minefield that is GPU prices right now, and you shouldn;t need to.

- 5700G is a solid 8 core CPU for your usage in video editing etc.

- 32GB of ram for smooth working with your projects. If you want to save money, and your projects are smaller, 16GB could be done.

- Good gold rated PSU

- DVD drive: make sure the case is compatible, not all cases take drives these days. The Fractal Design R5 is good and has 2 drive bays.

- Logitech G603 is a great affordable mouse (I have it myself). But mouse choice is personal, shop around.

- Not sure about keyboard, this one gets good reviews.

Good luck!

In terms of the monitor selection I would suggest rtings.com, they give extremely detailed reviews on tech products including monitors and why to choose them. Additionally, I would suggest that for a little more you could get the psu at 750 w and maybe for storage add an hdd too like the seagate one for 55. If u had the money u could also get another much smaller nvme drive or ssd as only a boot drive. I only recommend that because of my own personal encounters with constant booting issues wherein I had to keep reinstalling windows and fixing issues with my computer which caused the entire drive to wipe each time which meant I lost files. If you keep backups tho it might not even be necessary at all.
