Here you go. I put in a RTX 3080 in there, which MSRP is $699, so the total would come to just over $1700 at MSRP prices....

 

I think this would be a very nice system, all quality components, mid-range to high end stuff. The RTX 3080 could do 4k easily. You could consider going for a 3070 even to save money. Also could go with 16GB of RAM to save money, but 32GB is nice to have.
