Should be enough. Now something you should watch out for is some PCs like optiplexes limit the power to the slot to 25 watts regardless of psu... make sure the 7010 doesn't do that.

look up "optiplex 7010 slot wattage" and you'll probably fine 1000s of forum topics and/or datasheets about it. Also look ujp "optiplex 7010 gtx 750 ti" and see if anyone else has done the same.

i only found for the sff version wich is at 50 watt but i have an MT

An sff card will fit in an mt case you can get a new bracket to fit it for like $5 in eBay, just look up gtx 750 bracket and you’ll find full profile ones
