Budget (including currency): 1500 -2500 usd

Country: somewhere in asia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: editing fortnite minecraft discord school (shaders, smp, competetive bedwars) valorant, 4k video editing and possibly 3d modeling

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):this will be my first pc and I will probably get it in a month. I will be playing at 1080 when competitive but I will switch it to 1440p or 4k when just casually playing. I guess 4k at 60fps and around 144-240 fps on 1080p.

What country do you come from?

Though since you are in asia you should have some access to those chinese components

I suggest getting an id cooling se 224 xt or if you even care about ocing, se 207 xt

Ditch that x570 for a b550 like the b550 a pro or b550 tomahawk

Ditch rgb pro and search for cheaper alternatives like tforce rgb or clevv cras ram

Ditch the 970 and get a silicon power a80 or kingston a2000

Ditch the overpriced case for whatever cheap mesh case you can find thats also rgb

Not sure on the psu tho

You might consider this ram kit https://pcpartpicker.com/product/KkqBD3/crucial-ballistix-32-gb-2-x-16-gb-ddr4-3600-cl16-memory-bl2k16g36c16u4b  tighter timings but no rgb.

Another alternative would be flarex memory 3200 c14 if you're interested in overclocking https://pcpartpicker.com/product/7jH8TW/gskill-flare-x-32-gb-2-x-16-gb-ddr4-3200-memory-f4-3200c14d-32gfx

My personal preference would be the 3200 c14 kit and overclock it a little, since it's samsung b-die.

If you don't wanna overclock, the 3600 c16 crucial kits tighter timings will yield a small bump in performance over that kit you have selected.
