Booting issue

Hey guys so long story short I recently got a new graphics card 6700xt from a 1650 super and I totally forgot to Uninstall the drivers before installing the new card and now it keeps taking me to bois can someone assist with me this issue?

In the old Windows, you could boot into safe mode by holding SHIFT, and from there uninstall VGA drivers causing the issue, but I forget how to do that as they changed it on Windows 10 (and why, I will never know!).

 

Put your old card back in, uninstall the drivers, put new card in.

That's the most easy way to do it if it's not difficult to get into the PC case for you.

Or look up how to boot into safe mode in Windows 10 and do it that way.

 

(I am sure someone here knows better than me how to get into the safe mode of Windows 10 without doing the shut-down and restart into safe mode thing, I was so disgusted when Windows 10 came out that I stopped helping people fix computers in real-life).

That's what I'm trying to do but it keeps taking me to the boot menus
