Windows bios update utility?

I was screwing around with 500+ fsb with my g31m s2c and seeing which bios version can get the highest fsb

 

I was going from f3 to f6e to f3 to f5 to f4 to f2 then finally f1

 

But when i tried to go back to f3 my usb shows up as a fking floppy drive in the q flash bios update utility

 

And it seems like i cant boot off it so is there a windows bios update utility since i dont wanna use the bios flasher unless its neccesary cause you know those clips are a pain in the ass to work with

Ive solved the prob by using gigabyte @bios utility and it worked, the interface is literally straight from the mid 2000s xD

 

Well i guess even if it did fail i have a bios programmer as my final fallback so whatever
