Will setting tRCDWR lower than tRCDRD cause stability issues?

Someone told me that my Hynix CJR RAMs can probably do tRCDWR 8 but they can also do tRCDRD 20 and not lower with my current settings. If I set it to 8 and not get any errors, will it still cause instability issues?
