Hey, can you put 3200mhz ram stick, in motherbaord who supports 3200MHz only on XMP mode?

3200mhz ONLY is supported in XMP/D.O.C.P. mode, without it will run without OC

maximum without id 2133mhz. anything above is an OC iirc

That aint a thing. If you dont enable XMP profile for the rated speed or manually adjust your ram speed and timings, your ram will run at 2133mhz in case of DDR4 and 1333 in case of most DDR3 systems.
