Found this method for A fatal error occurred while initializing the audio subsystem error in Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration🔽

 

  1. Run cmd as a system administrator
  2. Enter netsh and press enter
  3. Then enter winsock reset catalog and press enter
  4. Restart the computer
