Very Taut Cable Sticking Out of Case / Mismatching Screws

Hello, I am new to building. I have a power supply cable coming out of my graphics card, and that cable is preventing me from closing the case. Is there any way I can make the cables stay down so I can close the case? (pictures below)

 

Additionally, while installing a supporting bracket for the graphics card, I used a different screw from the rest because I simply could not get the case, the bracket, and the graphics card to line up perfectly. Is this ok? (picture of this below)

About the cable,

Maybe you could fix the small loop to the main cable with a cable tie and then give some tension on that main cable ?

Or maybe you have a 2nd such main cable on the psu which will make the door closing easier...

 

About the screw, I don't understand how the 2nd screw makes it easier but sure, that's ok.

You can just close the case door, having the power cables bent is not dangerous
