New pc motherboards. Second opinions !

Im looking on pc parts for a new pc to build my self.

I want to use the i9-11900K cou with the z590 chipset.

 

Im use to buy asus motherboards but lately Gigabytes motherboards looks interresting.

So i tryed to google "best motherboard for z590" and i got these results.

I cant choose so thats why i ask in here before i buy anything

 

Yes im gona OC the system a littel and use it for gaming ofc.

 

Regarding the M.2 slots then im confused over what board that offers the best.

I want at least 3 slots.

 

Also i see they are both EATX and im use to ATX. Is that something i should take note of beside choosing a case ?
