what happens if we jaillbroke a ps4 as a pc

ive been curios ps4 are now quite cheap at $200 so the question is if we jailbroke one can we use it as a pc or would it be too slow since the 8gb of ram is bacily only gpu ram

It would probably run okay-ish?  But it won't be fast.

 

It's not a high-spec chip, and it was released in 2013...  so it's a budget 8 year old chip.  Yeah, it'll be slow.

My memory is there was a way to do that for some early ps4s. They would only do Linux.  Windows was out. Got to know which serial numbers it works with though.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
