Proxmox Saying I Have 4GB Ram instead of 16GB Ram.

On my old pc i had a spare 2 hard drives on one i installed proxmox one i installed windows i set up proxmox then windows. I booted up windows after installation i went to proxmox to see it only recognises 4GB Ram instead of 16gb. I also noticed on proxmox that 8gb is in SWAP RAM. But that only adds up to 12gb...

Maybe RAM gets allocated to something else by default, like onboard graphics. Gotta dig into settings.

Does windows see all 16GB?

Funny if that is the case, though I still use 32-bit linux on Raspberry Pi.

Barely anything runs on 32-bit windows nowadays.
