Computer crashes randomly with anything displayed on screen without BSOD

Hi guys, my PC crashes randomly for no reason at first I thought it is due to Hard disk failure coz its the only old product (almost 10+ years old). A couple of days back I bought a new Hard disk and issue still persists. Can you guys help me with my issue. When I tried to stress test the CPU and GPU it Passed the test and then after a while I crashed randomly. I have attached a video in which it crashed instantly after booting.

My Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3100

Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M S2H

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4 3000MHZ C16 Desktop RAM (Black)

GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 1050Ti 4GB

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB

PSU: Antec VP 450W

Things to do, in order:

  • Run memtest86 from a USB stick, preferably for several hours.
  • Add another RAM stick and/or replace the current one with a set of 16GB or more
  • Try a 600W PSU
  • Try a cheap, but known good GT710 GPU (to determine if the GPU is at fault)

HTH!
