I have always run with 2x RAM sticks in the past but the RAM kit I have now is 4x8GB - bought it because it looked "better". But what I learned was that the extra 2 RAM sticks actually heats up the CPU a fair amount more, the IMC has to worker harder.

So, if I were you, I'd find a 2x16GB RAM kit instead of the 4x8GB, especially if you think you might try overclocking at some point.

Other than that, the parts seem pretty good. Dunno about the case though 🙂

I believe there are faster ssd's around for same or similar price

I wouldn't go watercooling, even more so for a 5600x (one more part that can fail (fail bad) for no added benefit).

Same on Ram

Wow, that case !!

I'm willing to swim against the current.

So 4 Sticks look great, but 2x16 have a way better price/performance.

Cities Skylines is a bit more CPU dependant, therefore I would aim for the 5800X

Get a smaller SSD, 1TB is a sweet spot. 2TB are way worse in price per GB. Get an HDD instead.

Which B550M from Gigabyte? Why not full size?

Nice AIO, but maybe go for a solid air cooler and spend that money on better parts.

The case is great, but also here, no performance gain. Go for a cheaper more mainstream case and get a better CPU.

Maybe even a better GPU and PSU in the future, the 2060 could struggle with the amount of entitites in Skylines.
