Is this safe? Cpu cable connect to motherboard

It looked worrisome for me i just have to make sure its safe

I could remove the fan but i don't want to

Looks fine to me, I wouldnt worry about it.

As long as the cable can still move a bit you're fine. You don't want it to be stretched so much as to be like piano wire or guitar strings, that would be bad. 

 

If you loosen it a bit more you risk having the cable rub against the fan blades and potentially damage them.

I made sure it doesn't hit the fan blade

Also made sure the cable can move a bit
