3089 not displaying to monitor

I I just built my new PC but it's not wanting to display to the screen and says no signal (won't even show bios), switched back to my old card and it works perfectly. The 3080s lights and fans turn on but nothing else. So I believe it's something wrong with the 3080 connecting to my system but I was curious if anybody has the same issue and hopefully a fix. I also just updated my bios and still not working, I replaced the cable and my led indicator light is showing nothing. I tripled checked and everything is connected

Ryzen 5 3600
Asus tuf gamingx570
Corsair dominator ram 2x16
3080 fe
Corsair rm850x
