I saw that @CPotter posted the "Official LTT video ideas thread" 50 minutes ago, while the thread is more than 2 years old

 

What did you expect to happen?

Not to have a notification

Maybe check to see if you are following the post? It did receive a post on it 55 minutes ago, which will update/notify for anyone following the topic.

A topic was just merged into that one, and merging updates notifications, so almost certainly what happened here is that you're following the place where it was posted originally (at a guess I'd say Forum Suggestions), so when it was merged the notification was updated to point to the original topic.
