What is the use of Line Array Speaker , Low-Frequency Screen Channel Speaker and Mid-High Screen Channel Speaker?

buklu

All of these are for Cinema use.

The 1st and 3rd link are for general coverage. The line arrays are typically use for front channels, as they can be hidden behind the screen and the nature of a line array means you can control its vertical dispersion well.

The 2nd link is a Subwoofer. Neither of the other speakers can produce low frequencies well, so a subwoofer is used to produce basically everything below 80Hz or so.

LTT's Resident Porsche fanboy and nutjob Audiophile.

Main speaker setup is now;

Mini DSP SHD Studio -> 2x Mola Mola Tambaqui DAC's (fed by AES/EBU, one feeds the left sub and main, the other feeds the right side) -> 2x Neumann KH420 + 2x Neumann KH870

(Having a totally seperate DAC for each channel is game changing for sound quality)
