MOBO flashing red lights

My b450 tomahawk max is flashing red lights right above the atx power connector? anyone know how to fix this? i just finished my build and it happened.

According to the manual that is the CPU light.

You have both the 24 pin and 8 pin cpu power plugged in, check the 8 pin to make sure it is clicked in.

Check the CPU for possible bent pin.

All new components? Or some that came from a working system?
