Asus RT-AX82U QoS setting not working properly

Even though I set QoS on the device, my ping still keeps rising. My ping fluctuates when someone uses the internet even though I prioritize the game. I'm getting a 5-9 ping to the Valorant Istanbul server. When someone at home watches something on Netflix, my ping goes up to 50-60 and it always starts to fluctuate. I see 800-900 ms when uploading. My ping hovers between 5-9 when no one is using it. How can I fix this QoS issue?

 

İnternet: 100 Mbps FTTH GPON.

This is just the ONT. Do you have your own router behind this device?

 

And are you setting up QoS on this router? What is the make/model? Have you set the appropriate upstream/downstream limits as per the speeds you’re paying for from your ISP?

I own Asus RT-AX82U.
