Does 4000D Airflow fit eATX mobo?

I checked the specs online, it is not listed but the case itself has mounting points.

With an angle grinder, anything can fit into anything. That being said, depending on how big the motherboard is, you can probably make it fit

Understand there is no actual standard for E-ATX. E-ATX is everything from "ATX but an inch wider" up to workstation chunguses. This means some cases rated only for ATX boards can nonetheless fit some E-ATX boards. 

 

On the 4000D though, to my eye, it looks like even with one of E-ATX boards at the more compact end of the spectrum I mentioned above, it would be difficult or impossible to route cables like the 24-pin.

The official spec basically says that it does fit up to a certain size but you lose the cable management holes on the side then.
