looking for wireless audio solution for aging relative.

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good wireless headphone or earbud solution for watching tv. They've tried an avantree audicast plus which in theory is a solid solution but it doesn't reliably pair with their Bluetooth headphones.

 

Their tv also has Bluetooth built-in but it doesn't automatically pair to the headphone so they have to navigate the menus everytime they turn on the tv and they can't do that 

 

So what I'm looking for is the most dead simple to use toslink to Bluetooth/wireless transmitter, something that is basically set and forget.

 

Anyone have any suggestions?

Yeah maybe but at first glance they only have RCA in and I don't want to complicate things with a toslink to RCA converter.
