Does this laptop processor have integrated graphics? I can't find anything on the internet, I found it in an old Dell Alienware M17x.

Nope, from what I can gather it should have a GTX260M. Download hwinfo and check.

The original M17x did have an integrated graphics option which was usually selected in the BIOS but I think it could also be switched in Windows. I am not sure if this was part of the CPU or somehow embedded on the board but it was called the 9400M and you should be able to see it listed in Device Manager. The first gen mobile processors definitely didn't have integrated graphics so it must have been a motherboard feature.
