Windows 10 wallpaper slideshow not displaying correctly.

So it works 8 times out of 10. But every now and again the wallpaper will change but won't display correctly. The top half of the screen will be one wallpaper and the bottom half another. 

 

Anyone encountered this before or have any ideas on how to sort this? I run all my wallpapers through photoshop so they all match my native resolution (2160p). I've tried setting a solid background and then going back to the slideshow but it still pops up again after a bit.
