BENQ Zowie XL 2546 panel stays white

If the OSD doesn't even work anymore it's a dead panel. Just contact BenQ and get a warranty repair/replacement.

I was using my BENQ XL 2546B like normal then suddenly a nearly 1cm horizontal grey line came across the screen, filled with a diagonal pattern, and the image froze, next the panel started to fade to white slowly over about 7secs. During the fade to white I saw a weird thin silhouette about an inch inside of the border of the screen. Attaching an illustration of what I saw.

Note: The OSD does not show up on pressing any of the button in the front. Yes, it is still in warranty, but what just happened?

If the OSD doesn't even work anymore it's a dead panel. Just contact BenQ and get a warranty repair/replacement.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
