Will my UPS which has a 220v input and output work on my PC with 275 watt Power supply?

Only if your PC has a 220V AC input. If you are in 110V-land, don't try this.

220v = voltage rating

275w = wattage rating, which is: voltage * amperage

So far the values you provided here doesnt give anyone any info to go by.

What model are these devices?

I can't find any info on the models, but the PSU says it accepts 100-240v.
