Focus should be OK. Just try it.

Hi,

Below are my system specs, would I need a PSU upgrade for the RTX 3080, specifically the Aorus master one?

Ryzen 7 3800x

Aorus X570 ultra

4x16 GB Corsair vengeance pro RGB 3200 Mhz

Corsair H100i platinum

1x Seagate firecuda 520 1TB

2x Samsung 970 EVO 1TB

4x Corsair LL120

2x Noctua NF-A12x15

Seasonic PX-850

Currently running with a EVGA RTX 2080 Super black which would be replaced

thanks in advance!

Replace it with 3080 first.

And if there is a problem, replace the PSU.

A good 750W or higher PSU should be able to handle the 3080 completely.

If you want to upgrade; don't go with Seasonic or Seasonic OEM PSUs. They give more than often some problems with the latest videocards. Better shop for Corsair RMx/HX/HXi, XPG Core Reactor, Super Flower Leadex III, Fractal Design ION+ or Thermaltake Toughpower GF1.
