Guys,

If I plug this drive Supersonic Rage Pro into USB 3.0 port what speeds can I expect.

This is USB 3.2 Gen 1 drive so it would be limited with speed over usb 3.0 port but dunno what speeds those would be in read/write?

3.2 Gen 1x1 = USB 3.0 (old name)

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with, and even if you think I'm rude or not polite, forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Thanks for understanding.

Hmmm, but on my laptops I don't have 3.2 usb port.

It's an old USB 3.0 port back in 2012 (regular one).

So will the usb pen drive (Patriot) be limited with R/W speed over that port?

Did you read what has been written, especially the Wikipedia screenshot? The USB 3 standards have been renamed multiple times. "USB 3.0" with 5 Gbit/s (sufficient for the ~420MB/s transfer speed) is now called "USB 3.2 Gen 1x1", the 10 Gbit/s is called "USB 3.2 Gen 2x1" and the rare 20 Gbit/s standard is called "USB 3.2 Gen 2x2". There is no difference. Your "USB 3.0" capable laptop has no issues handling the standard USB 3.2 Gen 1x1 5 Gbit/s because they're the same thing.

The confusion is understandable because the naming scheme (and especially having renamed them multiple times) is really a mess.

Oooh now I get it....it's confusion with all these stanrdards..okay thank you...
I'm tired so mz brain is a mess..I slowly get things to my head..chronic disease...

Thank you all!!

For USB 3.0, you can expect speeds anywhere from 0.0 KB/s up to 550ish MB/sec.

Depends on the rest of your system as well as the drive itself.

My eyes see the past…

My camera lens sees the present…
