What is the use of this “2 SSD HDD for Dual Micro SD to Mini PCIe memory card reader?”

only thing I can think of is an old laptop with only mini PCIe but you want more storage? seems like that SATA microSD card SSD thing Linus did a video on a while ago.

why no dark mode?

It would appear to be a micro SD card adapter that fits in one of the mini PCIe slots on your PC's motherboard. So basically it would allow you to use micro SD cards as internal storage for your computer. Only really useful if you have some spare SD cards lying around and want to use them like a hard drive for whatever reason. If you just want to be able to get files off a Micro SD card onto your PC, a USB adapter is a much better option.

Reminds me of this video LTT did a little while back:

I mostly speak from my own past experience from similar problems. My solution may not work for you, but I'll always try my best to help as much as I can. If you want me to see your reply, make sure to quote my comment or mention me @WaggishOhio383, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
