Linus always seems to play this city builder game on his videos? What game is it?

Every time I watch one of Linus’s videos of him reviewing a graphics card or monitor, he always shows this one city builder game and I’m wondering what game this is. I’ve also included a screenshot of it. Is this game any fun?

Anno 1800. I personally never tried it myself but I am a big fan of SimCity.

All of them actually. I even bought SimCity 2013 the day it was released and I still enjoy playing that. Anyways, that is a discussion for another topic.
