First PC build need help with parts

Budget (including currency): $2000

Country: U.S.

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Vr, GTA V, Valorant, Cod, Crypto Mining (not often), multitasking playing games and watching TV shows.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I have 2 monitors one 1440p and one 1080p. I would like to be able to run most games at 144fps and good settings. I have had many lists but gave up on them all for one reason or another and have come here as a last resort. The few conditions I have are I would like it to be Nvidia and in the corsair 275r airflow case unless that is a bad case then I would be fine with another. I appreciate anyone who takes the time to help.

Maybe something like this?

5800x 8 core, should be enough for most games

Cheaped out on everything else other than the psu

Cheap cooler cause i dont expect any ocing

Same goes for the cheap board

Swapped case for neo silent as the 275r according to pcpartpicker is 138$, though if you can find the 275r for cheaper then go for it

The gpu is up to you, maybe a 3070
