GPU dead? Blackscreen and fans spin at full speed.

Hello,

I was playing a game and after turning off my PC and turning on the next day the GPU fans run at full speed and the monitor doesn't show anything, blackscreen.

 

I've tested and the system works, because an old AMD GPU is working fine on it.

 

Anyone has any ideas what's going on with my GPU?

How I've said, I have a blackscreen and the fans spin at full speed.

 

There is no game, no desktop because blackscreen.
