Can Windows 10 or 11 installed in a 4k native HDD?

Hi,

 

Like the name suggest, can Windows install in HDD that has 4096bytes per sector configuration (meaning no 512e support)?

 

And by the way, can you force Windows to install using 4096 bytes per sector at all?
