RM650X 2018 vs MWE Gold V2 650w

My old PSU had some issues so I'm buying a new one.

 

Both of these are on sale for just €75 which seems like a good deal. Which would you recommend?

Both brand new?
RM650x by a landslide.

Both are new from Amazon. Can get the used RM650X for 65 but I don't want a used PSU. RM650X is the 2018 model btw.

 

Other option is a Be Quiet Pure Power 11 600w but I think both are better than it. Other options are either midrange units or above 100 since these 2 have big discounts
