Found an old TV tuner card.

I found my old ASUS/VIXS combo 210E card and was wondering if anyone found a way to get this thing to work in windows 10. Sadly the hard drive for the PC it was in was repurposed for other projects, so I won't be able to grab the old drivers from there. The only places with possible drivers I found were http://www.ascendtech.us/asus-combo-210e-pci-e-tv-tuner-card_i_tvcas6008162r.aspx  and https://www.asus.com/supportonly/ASUS TV TUNER CARD(NTSC)/HelpDesk/   but neither drivers seams to work.

Mostly just trying to get all the outputs into one program. so I can see the s-video in as well as the cat5 and FM. I don't care so much for the analog over air video though. also toying around with it to see if i can get it to work like a SDR (Software Defined Radio) tuner

I watched a bit of this video, and it seems Windows 10 will grab the correct drivers for you, but you have to "check for updates" manually, not use the device manager's "update driver" dialog. Worth a shot I'd say. The author didn't specify HOW it showed up, so maybe it'll show up in the "optional drivers" sub-menu.

That's odd. I saw quite a few comments on said video about getting the capture functionality working with no hassle. Here's the top comment:

"I got one of these on eBay in September 2018, probably one of the best $11 PC hardware purchases I've ever made. I put it in my motherboard and it was seen by OBS Studio with no extra drivers or anything on Windows 10. Digitized almost 200 VHS and 8mm tapes with this card."
