choosing between monitor or GPU

i have 200 euro with me rn and im deciding whether i should get a 144hz monitor or 165hz (if there is in my budget) or i should save up a bit more and buy a GPU like a 2060s or a 3060 if i can

what's your current gpu?

its very bad a r7 240 but im not playing graphics intense games mainly fortnite and valorant

Definitely upgrade that, the r7 240 cant pull 144fps in them games
