Trident Z rams not working with aura anymore

Hello

 

I have had this problem for quite a while now. In the beginning the aura software would recognize the rams but now they dont show up at all and i tried running the uninstall tool and reinstalling the software a bunch of times without any luck  i even disabled fast boot which i saw some people mention could be the problem and it still wont find the rams  im at the point where i almost regret buying these rams since it just wont find them and my system looks weird with everything else set to a specific color and the rams just spams rgb lightning  

 

Do anyone know how to fix this?
