what processor and RAM should be good for a laptop for word a video calls?

so my wife want's a new laptop for Word and video calls and i wonder, what processor and RAM should be good enough to not overkill the hardware and paying too much for it? 

 

is Celeron is too weak? Pentium? or should I take i3? maybe an AMD one?

4 RAM would be enough right?

I would recommend going for 8GB. That seems to be the standard now. An i3 should be good enough. Though, if you can spend, go for an i5.
