Actually I was wrong its only 750w corsair tx750m

That's a great power supply, I wouldn't worry now and will definitely say, your PC can handle a RTX 3080.

If I'm lucky enough to get hold of a 3080 I was wondering if the rest of my pc would need upgrading or if its fine? I'm currently running

Ryzen 7 3700x

MSI tomahawk max b450

850w power supply

Thanks in advance

Yes, your PC should handle a RTX 3080.

Although, I am more curious on the model of your "850w power supply" as some can't cope with the high transient loads that Nvidia's Ampere graphics card can have.

Yes, I used to run a 1080 on a 520w PSU. You have 850w.
