Budget 1440P/4K monitor?

Honestly would like to keep it around $300. 
 

looking for color accuracy over high refresh rate. HDR is nice to have but I dont expect it at this price point. Prefer at least one HDMI and one DP. A USB-C for display input or a built in Hub is a bonus, but not a requirement.

 

This is going to be a secondary monitor used for my gaming PC and Macbook Air. Mostly text, content creation, etc.

 

24/27/32 in are preferred. 27in 4K is nice is also due to MacOS text scaling apparently not being the greatest and I dont want a big monitor tbh.

 

Was already recommended a ProArt display. I also looked at the LG 27UK500 and another dell display (forgot model number)
