Best graphics card to pair with a 3600X?

Hola, I'm kinda new to pc gaming and was wondering what the best card to pair with my CPU without being bottlenecked would be. I have a eye on a 3070 once the GPU shortage blows over but I don't know if my system could run it at it's best.

 

R5 3600x

16GB 3200MHZ

MSI B-550 Mobo

GTX 1660

ROG 750W PS

a 3070 would be fine with a 3600x, shouldn't be any bottleneck. bottlenecks don't mean it wouldn't work anyway, just that the cpu would be the limiting factor(if there was a bottleneck). welcome to the forums.

Hi, thanks for the response and welcome! I just wanna make sure I don't over spend on a card that won't provide any benefit to performance vs. a cheaper card.
