Does RTX 3070 Ti Founder's Edition come with LED lighting?

I know the RTX 3080, 3080 Ti, and 3090 all have LED lighting (Founder's Edition).

 

I also know the RTX 3070 Founder's Edition does NOT have LED lighting.

 

But does the RTX 3070 Ti Founder's Edition have Lighting?

in the bench-marking photos i've seen where the pc is on, i don't see the"geforce rtx" lit up, so i assume no.
