Warzone wont start after installing new Motherboard abd CPU

A friend of mine installed a new motherboard and cpu i purchased yesterday but now Modern Warfare wont start the motherboard is the z590 Steel Legend and the cpu is i5 10th gen, when i press the play button it just says launching for a few seconds then just reverts back to saying "play" without any error code or info. would really appreciate some help if anyone has any idea thank u.
