Which encoding for streamlabs? Software or AMD [Twitch]

Hello, I'm new to streaming and I wonder which are the best settings for streaming

My computer has a Ryzen 5 3600 and a RX 5600XT as the GPU.

I'm streaming at 720P 60FPS

Doesn't really matter. Your hardware is capable for those nitrates ether way. What kind of resolution and quality are you doing on the thing you are streaming?

Well, I'm trying to do 720p since my internet is not as good in order to do 1080p. And I'm also streaming with 5500 bitrate.

Well, that bitrate is far over what you should need. Twitch recommends 4500kbps (upload needs to be 7mbs or higher.
