I did a safe boot... Now what?

I booted my PC in safe mode to try and fix some issues I was having and now I don't know how to start it back up. Rn I'm stuck in a command prompt.

 

Edit: Administer: cmd.exe is the name of the program.

type msconfig in search go to boot select your current os and uncheck safe boot and apply and then exit with restart
