The Phanteks P400A (front mesh panel, tempered glass side panel, and a fan controller) is on sale at Canada Computers for $70 CAD (around $55 USD) !!!!

 

That is, IMO, a great deal !

 

It includes 2 120mm fans, I have the older P400S version and the fans were loud, not sure if they changed in the last 3 years, but regardless, if it was me, with the savings I would jump on the RGB fans I posted earlier ( https://linustechtips.com/topic/1358028-canada-amazon-pccooler-120mm-rgb-pwm-fans-3-pack-33-50-17-coupon-5-pack-52-35-coupon/ )

Very good deal IMO. Cheaper than the P300A, which has worse build quality and one less fan.
