What is holding my PC back?

My build is in my signature

So far it has minimal problems but the problem that do arise is windows not responding at times. I would have to completely restart to get it functioning again and this didn't used to happen this often. I'm not sure it's the airflow of my case or the CPU cooler for example. My GPU and memory has been tested and there's nothing wrong with them.

Pretty sure that's a windows problem, I would recommend reinstalling Windows. I'm guessing it worked fine up until now and problems just now started happening?

When I first built my PC, I never encounted any problems until the last few months.
